Penguin Books and John van de Ruit (Author of the Spud series) are attempting to break the record for the most people to attend a book launch for a South African publication. The Pre-publication Book Launch for the latest Spud book: Learning to Fly will be held on the 9th of June at the Melrose Arch Piazza.
The best thing about the Spud book launch is that they are giving away 50 golden tickets to the first 50 people to respond to their limited offer mailer. Golden ticket holders will each receive a free copy of both the limited edition hardback of Spud – Learning to Fly and the Spud Journal. Winners names will also be entered into a lucky draw.
