MWeb Rebrands

It seems that MWeb is also thinking that a change is as good as a holiday or something like that.

Mweb has not decided to focus their efforts in various areas, online and beyond. With this new vision at the helm, they have also decided to do a small revamp of their logo. Their slogan that we all came to know so well, “Just like that” is making way for a new one, “Connect and you can” with is a little more clear and marketing oriented.

With a subscriber base of over 300k they most definitely needed to do something to put their past failures behind them and breathe some fresh air into the company. This is what General Manager Natalie Thayer has to say about the company’s new direction:

We see our new mobile division playing a pivotal role in the coming year. Consumers need information at their fingertips and they are more likely to use their smart phones in a meeting to find answers online, than wait until they are back at the office to boot up their laptops. This market needs products that provide them with solutions which will simplify their lives.

If this boosts Mweb business efforts, only time will tell…
