David Carson is a graphic designer. He is best known for his innovative magazine design, and use of experimental typography. He was the art director for the magazine Ray Gun. Carson was perhaps the most influential graphic designer of the nineties. In particular, his widely-imitated aesthetic defined the so-called “grunge” era.

The Guiness Book of Records were recently rewritten when 1,200 students, staff and faculty at the University of Alberta unofficially smashed the Guinness World Record for most players in a single dodgeball game at the Universiade Pavilion better known as “The Butterdome” in Edmonton. The previous record was 450.
